  Most if not all of the players using Vigil are using it for shorter exhaustion cool-downs, it doesn't really impact other debuffs as much is you'd think it would, and I don't see why you would run for anything other than exhaustionn? Just to counter Huntress add ons/Blood Echo? The way the perk runs now is very weird and finicky, why would I need to recover faster If I'm already not in a chase? S
