  Guys, I am 100% sure that the pick rate of the map dependent builds like scratched mirror Myers dropped through the floor after the recent change. Not being able to choose an indoor map completely demotivates from playing creative builds. I really liked how before you could actually make a killer scary (map offerings + perks like the old Knockout that made survivors truly oblivious and lost about

  Steam/PC My killer (Plague) acquired some perks that were generally available (for instance Surge) but now they are stuck at level 1 as they won't appear in the bloodweb - permanent?
