  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: In some games you seemingly lose the ability to use a second blink PLATFORM: Steam STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: When using Nurses Power, in some matches you cannot use the second blink. I also feel this is exacerbated by the already existed 'CAMPBELL'S LAST BREATH' bug, in which the second blink doesn't go off after a full charged blink. In the vid
