My understanding is that playing as survivor was meant to be done while in a swf squad. Not everyone is able to play like that so we'll often get solo q players. Im sure theres lots of ways that survivors could be empowered to communicate with each other. This like in game voice channels or regular chats are obviously too much of a hassle for bhvr, so what if we allowed survivors to have access t0 comments 12 views last activity

We get so caught up in trying to correct/fix the game that we often forget to look for ways to make it more fun. One of the most thrilling and exciting parts of a match is saving your teammate from a hook and running to the exit gate while the killer is chasing you both. A killer face camping a survivor while the exit gate is open is understandable, there's nothing else we can reasonably expect t0 comments 11 views last activity

DBD Mobile did a pretty good job at allowing survivors to communicate. There wasn't the need to type and a message could be sent in less than a second. Since we had to pick between what messages we could send, this made sure the communication wasn't too strong, and therefore it was kept some-what fair for killers. Often times when a killers hooks someone I'll see them move a little further away, however they are still keeping the hook in their field of view, ready to go back to it as soon as they see a survivor go for the rescue. I don't think this is a huge problem like face camping, I simply think it's preventing the game from reaching it's full potential in terms of how fun and enjoyable it is. Giving everyone the ability to get up thanks to basekit unbreakable doesn’t require any skill, that’s simply the game allowing you to do something. In contrast, a flash light save provides a thrill because it requires precision and timing. Instead of completely preventing slugging by forcing a new mechanic, I suggest making it easier for survivors themselves to counter slugging. If successfully d10 comments 141 views last activity

Playing as survivor is often frustrating because players aren't motivated or capable of taking full advantage of the "edge" that survivors are supposed to have over the killer. Survivors are perceived to have an advantage when fast vaulting windows or pallets, and a more obvious advantage is having teammates. These may seem like advantages, but that’s not always the case. When vaulting, a survivo6 comments 181 views last activity
