Her red bile...her red bile...ugh it's too strong. She just sprays and prays and there's not much you can do in the manner of dodging. We where talking about it in another discussion but Boil Over is overall useless and has no good synergy with any other perks (besides DS if you're not the obsession) or even really counters any of the killer perks.
