  • So I just played an offering game with Leatherface and I see why he's the new worst after the Freddy rework, but I don't think his base kit is necessarily bad; just the stats on it. So for Leatherface, what I would propose is greater movespeed while charging the saw and for his tantrum to be a single second's 360 attack, but here's what I consider the most important change. Each swing of the sa

  • From what I've heard, there are issues with Huntress' ability being so much weaker in tighter maps, and I've noticed a LOT of hitbox issues where hatchets instantly vanish against some terrain protrusion, so what if her hatchets persisted where they landed until her next visit to a locker, and were instantly collected on contact? In the maps where she's already viable, this wouldn't be very valua

  • https://deadbydaylight.gamepedia.com/Player_Level#Levels I had assumed that your rate of generating shards would steadily increase to offset the massive costs of things and reward progression through the game. From what I can tell, not at all, making different levels utterly pointless, and Devotion does nothing instead of giving a shard boost. So...why even bother changing level XP and shard

  • In DbD, your BP income is always between how well you perform and the (painfully low) cap per category, but that means that if you ever play someone who isn't level 15, or for Killers, someone you aren't used to, you're going to be penalized. This also bakes a punishment into the offerings to play as DLC Killers. So why ever play anyone but your main Survivor or Nurse, Spirit, or Billy? The BP i

  • I get that farming is discouraged, but almost every single game I hit 8K BP in a category, and with how much bloodweb I have to traverse, it feels terrible just watching everything I get after that go up in smoke. I don't think there's a need to have a cap at all now that emblems are what pip, rather than BP, as farming still takes time, but if there is, it should be a cap where the vast majorit

  • I like the idea of the flashlight in general, but as I'm sure people have noticed, it's one of the trademarks of a toxic SWF. Looking up isn't really hard, but the fact is that destroying pallets is almost mandatory, and doing so allows Survivors a free flashlight stun. First of all, this is awful for gameplay reasons. It's no longer a matter of skill to get or avoid flashes, which is why toxic

  • To start, I'm aware that this idea is radical, but I feel some drastic change to the base gameplay of the same nature would go a long way towards making every Killer viable. So, from the tier lists, it's pretty obvious that the best Killers are the fastest, followed by those who can approach Survivors more consistently. Anyone too slow is left in the dust, especially in (implicitly voice-chattin

  • Getting capped at 8k BP per category feels terrible. I get that it's some sort of anti-farming measure, but it should only kick in WHEN people are farming, and not just steal BP from most players in most games. I hit the cap as both Survivor and Killer often, and it really makes all of those BP offerings seem like an insult.
