• Buff hex: ruin/ give it a secondary ability

  the buff is simple, we give hex ruin a secondary ability, to allow it to decrease exit gate percentage, just like it does to the generators as well, this prevents survivor with friends “99ing” the gate, and allowing them such an easy escape, also maybe a toxic one, the hex works the same as before, keeping the easy detection by stop working on a generator, and you can still find it, besides, with
