  Gotten this Idea from a similar game called identity V that there should be a new game mode where MMR Is put in and that will be as rank where you achieve highest rank to get your monthly rewards. Then leave regular match mode to what it is. This Rank Mode should be timed to a extent to 2-3 hours so que times wouldnt be messed with drastically.
