• Mindbreaker Not Pausing Exhaustion Recovery

  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: As in title, it seems something was causing me to still recover exhaustion from another perk despite being under the effects of mindbreaker, which is supposed to pause that. This happened while I had Vigil equipped, wasn't able to test how it was without Vigil unfortunately.
