I am not a fan of Legion, not because they are strong, they are quite weak killer but their power is just boring and free easy injury. Ghoul is like you take Legion's free hit, make it like mid-range huntress hatched with easy point-click aim plus you give him Chucky's scamper mixed with insane mobility.
