  Hey, I'm writing here in hopes that a dev or someone who cares will see this and at least consider what I'm about to say. By now everyone's seen the recent suggested changes to a lot of the perks in the game, many of them being questionable to down right bad in all honesty, but one sticks out among the rest for a particular reason.
