Permabans need to be more common for people who can't stop doing things like this.   There was a discussion earlier that devolved into a "survivor toxicity post match vs killer toxic gameplay" argument that was killed. That isn't what this is about. T-bagging, Flashlight spamming, Camping, Tunneling, Looping, etc are in the game and that is something that could be addressed in a different format. What I am talking about here is the blatant toxic behavior you see match to match
