• Suggestion on Perk Balancing for No Mither & Perks that disable pools of blood

  For No Mither, add when hit instead of going down you are put into the mending state. Doesn't apply when status effect exposed is active on the perk user. For perks that prevents pools of blood from appearing, when facing a killer that collects blood droplets the perk user shouldn't drop blood droplets. (I'm mainly talking about the interaction of No Mither when facing The Oni but could be appli
