  It makes no sense to me. You release a killer with a potentially fantastic power, and then nerf it into oblivion to the point where the killer itself isn't even worth playing. Why? To WHAT end? Explain yourselves. PLEASE. Cuz I really don't get it. Basically, from my perspective, Legion was a scapegoat for future killer powers by being used as a "test" of sorts. Fine, if that was the start. • Spirit "WOOSH" effect while phased, power startup/cooldown and passive phasing

  The woosh? Needs to not be directional. Needs to be OMNI-DIRECTIONAL. Too easy to tell where she's coming from. Defeats her purpose. The cooldown of her power is too long, and its startup is INSANELY long. Needs to be at LEAST 0.5s to 0.8s faster starting up. The cooldown needs to be changed drastically. • Hex Perk totems need a rework.

  The way I see it, you have 2 options, 4 if you want to be brave. Yeah, I've made this kind of a post before, but it's been long since buried. The reason this post is being made is because all of the hex perks are pretty much useless except for NOED at this point. R1 survivors ignore Ruin, and the remainder of the time Ruin is removed from play within 30s of the match starting. It's not fun to use
