  I think the hatch timing should be adjusted. If the killer hooks the survivor and your the last one left it shouldnt wait til the entity pulls you up and completely out of the game the killer at that point has more then enough time to get to the hatch if they know where it is or search a decent amount. I believe as soon as the survivors body turns black and disappears it should open.

  I know that the doctor was just updated to be a better killer, but I think there was an over adjustment. For me it's only one thing but I'm sure theres more. For me it's the secondary shockwave. It just emits a radius blast and takes all the skill out of playing the doctor. Anytime u hang someone u can just radius blast to see if a survivor is near. No trying directions or searching. Just an imme
