• Make Shattered Hope base kit and possibly give the perk itself a buff

  I think it would be ideal to make the effects of shattered hope base kit for killers… People running around to the most obscure places to set up boons causing the killer to lose time trying to find it, only to just snuff out the boon… only to have it relit moments later… survivors can destroy totems and hexes as a base and can make multiple uses of their boons on the same totem. Killers should
