SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: unable to launch past title PLATFORM:steam deck STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: load game and immediately greeted with unable to connect to steam servers because I'm offline, even though I'm not and have restarted etc. Occured when I tried participating on the ptb as well. Since I read all feedback is taken in I'm putting in my feedback. The new Off the record is completely broken. They're nerfing DS to where it stuns for less time, and deactivates at end game after the last gen is done. That seemed alright, but now they're adding a even stronger then current DS off the record. 1.it last longer, 80 seconds max. 2. The dead hard through deaths lingers shots are back, had multiple games and multiple hits where this happens where people are shot and are just able to dead hard out of it. Makes the noise it hit and the hapoon goes crazy jittering and being loud in them before it just ignores the hit even happened. A 2k hour survivor decided to DC on me when I was about to hook him, that would of been the end of the story but he was clearly a twitch streamer and even had it in his name so I decided to go on his stream after the game. That's when I saw when he dc'd he also reported me for tunneling under unsportsmanlike. When you buy the dlc it comes with a cosmetic only for people who buy with real money but it's not really special. I've been pretty disappointed in the outcome of the dlcs with a cosmetic buying surv/killer.
