The biggest issue with slugging, in my opinion, is the killer is not punished much for doing it. Worst case scenario the survivors that are left can maybe get the slugged survivors up or the killer loses track of the survivors and they bleed out.
I'm really disappointed that behavior's first choice to deal with slugging is a "give up" button for survivors instead of something like base kit unbreakable. It's a bit similar to how they deal with tunneling without actually dealing with tunneling. Ultimately slugging and tunneling are strategies that give an enormous amount of value relative to the required skill, but pose very little risk to the killers.

I honestly feel like you’re not reading my replies before responding if you think that this is me being upset with being killed first. I’ve made it rather clear that tunneling is bland for the entirety of the survivors in the game, not just the person who actually got tunneled.
Player experience should be at the forefront of any game developers mind, so I also disagree with tunneling not being a big deal if it so clearly negatively affects so many people.
This is exactly it.
I don't really care if I'm the first survivor found or even if I get out alive. I just want to be able to play the video game and tunneling makes it impossible for a survivor to properly play the game.
If a killer decides to tunnel you for whatever reason there is absolutely NOTHING you can do about it. Your only hope is to basically burn all the map resources while the rest of the survivors finish 5 gens in what would amount to 3 chases. There aren't enough perks and pallets in the world to hold a killer off that long in most games.

So far it has been a decidedly negative experience to play against this killer.
A couple changes I think might make it feel a little less oppressive on is:
- Removing the clone that the unknown teleports to
- Put a slight pause between the teleport and when the killer can move/strike (make it similar to the dredge when it exits a locker as opposed to the hag)
- Removing a clone as a survivor will cleanse the UVX effect
- I can't remember off the top of my head if this already happens, but losing a health state to UVX should reset the status (so the killer should have to hit a survivor a total of 4 times with UVX to down them only using the power)

Oh wow... I was not expecting that...
The tunneling stance does kinda make sense... but there is a sense that this is kinda on the survivor for letting their condemn stacks get so high... The fact you can insert a tape in her face makes this change rather strange to me.... the whole point of Sadako to my understanding after this change was her power was the same as the Pig. She is a basic M1 killer, doesn't even have a dash like the Pig... but her power is a slowdown you ignore at your peril.... now it seems you can kinda ignore it again...
Similarly the condemn prevention seems to be on teleport for 10 seconds seems strange, because if someone gets a stack, that means there is a TV that is powered near them. They have plenty of warning of this, and if they suspect this can easily pre-run to avoid the second stack...
I think these changes were made with the best intentions, but I have a feeling that competent survivors will dominate with these changes...
I couldn't play in the PTB, so I'll have to wait and see... but my theory craft doesn't have a lot of faith...
The problems I have had when going against current Sadako is the loop of teleport>hit survivors to drop tapes>teleport plus something like Ruin or Surge makes it nearly impossible to cleanse Condemn and do the objective.
Sadako should certainly be strong and threatening on her own, but not so much so that survivors can't play the game.

So the killer made to catch up through exhaustion cant mindgame exhaustion perks if their used at the time he mindgames the uncloak? Seems alittle weird since thats part of his design to force out that stuff and catch up.
that's why I'm saying anywhere from 75-90% would be fine with me, but there needs to be some kind of trade off when it comes to "skill" in mind gaming exhaustion perks. The skill right now is just letting the button go before the bar is full and he will get an instant full cloak again to tease out exhaustion perks.
There's nothing forcing the wraith to commit to a full decloak other than ping and lifting your finger off the key before the bar is full. I get the design, just make him commit at 90% full or something is all I'm asking

I'm not saying it needs to get like hard nerfed just that after 75-80% (heck even 90% would be good enough imo) he should be forced to commit to the decloak is all. Like you said, the mind game aspect is super important to that mechanic but there needs to be a threshold rather than just if you have decent ping and let go before the bar is full you fully cancel.
