  This would kill 3-gen for sure. But without any buffs, it would also kill skull merchant as a killer.

  I've played her a lot and you can easily get locked ons with her green addon as it is in some long walls and certain loops (shack). I think the 3-gen aspect is really problematic and this is just an interim solution while they work on a significant rework

  Yeah, everyone else is there except for the ones that will be released later (Yoichi, Ada, Rebecca), the ones in the event tome (Haddie and Vittorio) and Mikaela, Yun-Jin and Jonah.
