I already used it 1 month and that 9% is nothing to me.
You will most likely not be able to use that 9% cause probably if the killer is looking at you're direction him is going to chase you.
And that's the why, im not a stealth player, and most people that use spine chill, if their perk activates for 1 milisecond they go in a locker and stay there 1 minute.
That's why people say is a noob perk
I cant tell you how many times spinechill has saved me in the endgame when I'm the last alive in one month that speed boost it gives although it's not a lot more often enough in crucial situations like the end game it helps especially if the gates arnt that far apart which the never are unless your on a indoor map or a big map

True, toolboxes are broken. Maps are definitely not in a Killer's favor either. But ultimately, we cannot expect BHVR to take this route, its too long and tedious.
Although I agree toolboxes do help gens without toolboxes take 80 seconds unless you can juggle well especially at red ranks a swf red rank team on comms who all know how to loop Is extremely hard unless you bring in a mori you have to complete 12 chases total if everyone gets hooked all three times while trying to contain gens its extremely difficult and I'm saying this as a survivor main

no but thought id bring it up for conversation but it was after everyone was dead and he most likely had seen me with barbeque so he just never really left the area I didn't have a huge opening to get out and run to go find hatch

If you can't find an opportunity to move in a minute even when in the killer's terror radius, which probably means they're wandering around walls, in/out of buildings, or more than likely chasing another survivor.
So I disagree. If you stay still for a full minute, you get the crows. You're screwing over the rest of the survivors because you refuse to move. You staying in your locker is you not running and distracting the killer, not doing gens, not helping the rest of the team.
actually youd be surprised this did actually happened to me there was nobody to chase I was the only one left everyone else was dead and the killer never left the area and it was on the game my guess is he had barbeque and seen me before I entered the locker had I exited I would've died cause I was injured and god knows your footsteps arnt quiet depending on who you play
