They are already working on Cross-Progression. You can read more about that here: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/172863/breaking-barriers-with-cross-play-and-cross-progression#latest

Thank you. I'm happy the devs thought about this already.

Fellow Switch gamer! Yeah, the lag is a bummer for us(I deal with dying teleport, awkward grabs and registers for gen damaging prompts all the time) TBH, I LOVE my system but I do have to say this one falls on the hardware. My Switxh overheats like an SOB and sometimes fps drops to a clicky slide show. Eh, I dela with it. Overall, I'm impressed with the port as well but I realize that a handheld trying to be a full console is gonna have these issues.

My switch also gets extremely loud while playing this game. Tbh, I was partly prepared for this port to have a few issues. Fortunately, this is the first and only version of the game I have played so it's the only version that I truly know at this point in time. I would say that I'm pretty jealous of those that can play this game smoothly but we get the special perk to be able to play this game on the toilet so they can be jelly of that.

Usually the lag is acceptable. I can deal with it while running from the killer. Although its actually hard for me to play as the killer when the low framerate and lag co-exist to create a awful guessing game (As if this game wasn't a guessing game already) Chasing the surviors while this happens creates a very unfortunate experience as the killer.

The lag is the worst when doing skill checks as the survivor though. Earlier today I just kept running away in shame after failing each generator. Luckily, I noticed one other player failing the gen skill checks as well constantly. It's nice to know your not alone.

I plan on playing some more matches tonight in hopes that the lag from earlier was just bad luck. For whatever reason I think it might be the event though (maybe the switch can't handle the extra decorations that were added for the event or something?) No idea.
