I think in that particular case the issue is your rank compared to Survivors rank.
I think 5/6 ranks is a big difference in this game.
And I truly don't understand the matchmaking tbh. It seems a little random at times.
However, with a ranking system, the game is designed to always make matches a challenge for you.
Maybe a casual mode with no rank and random player mix would change that. Maybe it would be terrible. But I get you. I really do.

Is this thread satire? π€
Sorry, but if on average killers have a 75% kill rate, so 3 out of 4 survivors end up sacrificed, then there is no issue with balance in favor of survivors.
I don't know why this discussion is coming up again and again.
I myself suck as killer too. Once I start playing killer more often, I'm sure I will improve. Calling for nerfs every time I get pwned cannot be the solution though.
I have faced many a skillful Ghostface who just owned everyone in a match. And despite the camera it was mostly really hard to spot them. And when I did I was down really fast.
The game takes practice. Changing things so that killers have a 100% killrate will not be a solution though.

Awww β€οΈ
When I asked the question I just assumed someone had tried this before.
Thanks so much!

Wait..
You just did this now to test it for me?
-
Thanks for the info! Too bad. π
Glad I didn't waste them then. π

BTW, tunneling is annoying as hell (I play mostly survivor), but it is okay to do so and no reason to attack someone.

I think the penalty by Sony will be harsher anyway. If he does this more often, they will cut him from online play for a while.
Don't let it ruin your fun, though! βοΈπ
And @Fibijean, well done one the info provided! Links included! Nice. π

I'm a paramedic, so I am constantly attacked at my job. For things that I have literally no control over. So it is what it is. You either can grow thicker skin or open a bakery.
And I also don't celebrate Christmas (I'm Jewish) so I'm not super stoked about some sweaters.
Wait... So, are you saying "BS is happening to me, so it's okay if it happens to others too"?
I think no one should be attacked for their job. And I'm glad you were able to get a thick skin and I'm thankful for the job you are doing and hate the fact you are attacked at your job.
But we shouldn't ask those who are attacked to "get thick skin". We should tell others not be be aholes.

All on the forums and twitter are just βWhat the hell devs.β βNerfs already wow.β βOni is deadβ While sure people can debate about it, no one seems to acknowledge the Christmas sweaters that came out. π Theyβre cute and the cosmetic team did great! β€οΈ Just a thread about wholesome things and appreciation for the sweaters this year :)
I checked. Can't find Christmas cosmetics for Spirit π€π
No, you're absolutely right. People are going crazy about nerfs and buffs. And all the name calling and attacking. Just chill. Jeebus.
And while everyone is complaining that "game is still broken" every time a patch comes out, no one appreciates the long list of fixes.
People need to be respectful about this. Imagine you'd be constantly attacked at your job. Doesn't matter what you do, you always have to deal with a ton of BS. That's tiring.
But people are not thinking about that. Instead: Short sided overreactions.
So, I think it's great that you are trying to steer the discussion in a different direction. I appreciate it. ππ

I agree with slaya. It's hella annoying, but not unplayable. Needs to be fixes though.
Family Residence too of of course, since it's the same style now.

I think the Oni is really loud and very easy to spot. And they try downing everyone while in Berserk mode.
Makes it easy to heal ppl back up.
Oni players might get better with him, but right now I think he is fine.

Gotcha. Thanks for clearing that up.

I really love the idea of a gamble. I think if you play part of the trial without perks, you should then get something that is really strong.
But how about if you cannot just wait it out like "Corrupt Intervention", instead the perk activates after a certain amount of hookings.
Say, all perks are deactivated. After the third time someone is hooked, all perks activate. And then you get one of 3 boost, but they should all be worth it.

I want it. I wanna play against it.
Want.
It.

(Me saying me likey!) ππ

I have to be honest, I am not in love with the name.
However, I love the idea of a killer who doesn't actually hit you. Really great concept! I like how Survivors attack each other. π

I really like the fog idea. However, the devs have stated a few times, that a Killer who disguises as a Survivor won't work, since they can have codes to know who is real. Like "point away from me when you see me" ππ or "turn two times in opposite directions" π.
I'm not sure wether that would be a problem, since you can still get close to Survivors. ππͺ
Have you thought about this issue? What are your thoughts? π€
