its either that or anti-virus program interfering
if you have any anti-virus downloaded and running close it before doing what i did

hey there! my girlfriend had that issue for the last 2-3 days. we've tried everything (things you've mentioned and more) literally nothing solved the issue. i've came across this thread and sent it to her and tried something else it's just seems to fixed the problem. hopefully this fixes yours and anyone else having this problem. here's what i did;
go to C: > Program Filed (x86) > EasyAntiCheat_EOS and right click the EasyAntiCheat_EOS, copy as path
win + R to open Run command
Click the furthest right option (idk english writing of it) paste the path you copied
put a space and paste
"install 0367a3a8ea344f08851d76facf6f66d3"
with quotation marks
wait a bit and launch the game. it fixed for my girlfriend, hope it fixes for you too. Lmk how it goes
