We can't go back to before 6.1.0 where survivors and killers would run the same perks for years. Not when we have hundreds of perks and addons to chose from. At least in theory.
i do get it and its fine for me. But if they are going to nerf/change a perk, at least change it to make some sense cuz now Spine Chill is pretty much useless at this point.
