Why do you call it a bug?? It’s one of his features. It was bugged before, but when it was released it worked like this. Then it got bugged, and now it’s been fixed, but many times when you vault it doesn’t hurt you. It's a bug when it doesn't happen
Can you tell me what in Senaxus video is supposed to have hit them? I see not connection to the ghuls body or anything hitting them. So if you say it's not a bug, then please explain what hit them or how?

Not surprised to see so many downvotes. This is very typical here on the forum - a lot of players whose first reaction to anything difficult in the game is “it’s not a problem with my own gameplay or inability to learn something new. Other side OP and bad”. They don’t play that killer to understand how nerfs will impact you - and honestly they don’t care. Most won’t even respond with a comment to explain why they disagree with your opinion. Just the typical anonymous downvote bomb lobbing.

The community, unfortunately, has been, and continues to be, of an "us vs. them" mentality. The notion of someone having a viewpoint that simply cares about the health of the game is frequently foreign to quite a few heavily-biased people.
From what I've seen, I agree. To be fair, the OP didn't really phrase his plea as something interested in health of the game, but more like killer player experience. Essentielly they say "please don't nerf the First for the following reasons". Downvotes would/should also happen, when people simply disagree.
However, in this forum the whole sentence "I don't want Henry to be nerfed, because he is dumb" and "Henry should be buffed, for the following reasons" will likely amount the same amount of dislikes as the OPs post. Where as a post simply stating "Henry is dumb, nerf him" will possibly attract more upvotes.
—-To the topic at hand.
In my personal opinion he seems to be a tad too strong, because he is so full of skills and his vine attack appears to be a little too fast in respect to the audio cue. But that is more a nuance question. In any way, I think it is far too early for any kind of judgement to nerf or to buff.

No guys, wait—there’s no bug, and no killer needs to be kill-switched or fixed. As you can see from Vecna’s perk, I recorded this video just a little while ago, and this survivor was not hit twice, exactly like in the video shown by the author of the post.
Here the video:
That is hardly comparable at all to the OP,. but much less to this:

I can confirm. It did happen to me too in my last match.
That doesn't look right… -

Nah.
He's like a modern Nurse. Give them some time to get good with him. His chase is absurd, he has great map control, good mobility.
He's, at the VERY least, at the top of A-tier. I've seen people calling him C-tier.
I don't know, if he's S-Tier, but you are certainly right, that while survivors adept, so do the Killer players. My experience was very different so far. Some people can be quite easily outrun, others shoot people sitting on generators with perfectly amed through a wall, and aim again at exactly the place where people run. Multiple times.
Before anyone makes a judgement, we should wait. -
Voted for the head, would do it again.
I would reeeeeaaaaally have liked to know how that would turn out.

I'm rather new.
Could we, for a moment pause to define tunneling in this instance?Because there is difference, between
- deliberately targetting one survivor and hunting them down three times before doing anything else
and things like
- hooking everyone twice if possible (like twice Dwight, twice Meg, twice Claudette, Twice Jake and then Dwight),
- hunting the same survivor after some time has passed or because they are the only one you find
- hunting the same survivor because they are bating
- hunting the same survivor because they have a flashlight and keep preventing the hunt of others
- hunting the same survivor because they keep going back to the gen you picked them from (which would mean, not hunting them is giving up the gen)
- chasing someone for a long time
I think taking a player directly out is not nice, since it limits a players experience and, since looping and evading etc. make a difference, not that experienced players (like me ^^) suffer a lot more from it, because they are taken out much earlier.
But the other things seem to be fair to me.
I can't say that I experienced so much of the first in Chaos shuffle so far.Is that an MMR thing or something somehow?

looks like we need to nerf Dracula and bring him inline with the rest of the killers!
Let's nerf Nurse and Blight before we nerf our poor Dark Lord, shall we ;-) ?

Also. I know that doesn't help you, but in my head Dracula and the Demo are singing now Anything You Can Do I Can Do Better from Annie get your gun. -

It can cheatr can do it or if all are hooked than they will die and you can if some off your teammate would rescue you and killer imideatly went for you (but you would need to get downed in few second and thats on you) but its still more if that survivor would saty under hook being idle than it can if they dont get rescued second time but its still time record so its cheater thing in 99% of the time.
Thank you.
(By the way, I am puzzled by voting system here. Who the hell down voted you for that statement?)

Pretty much dying under an minute can only be done by cheater or if survivor just stays near hook and others let him get out.
According to the wiki, a hook stage should take about 70 seconds, even if you try and fail unhook, you should spent at least 80 seconds on the hook, which would mean, under 1 minute should be impossible by design, even if the survivor stay near the hook. Is it not? To achieve that you would have to have 2 survivors and a killer working together and spawn close to another, so that someone can be hooked, unhooked, waiting for endurance, hooked again. Even then endurance alone uses a third of the time.
Or am I mistaken?
