For anyone wondering what song inspired this killer concept:

Enjoy a classic. -

Interesting, what does the killer look like?Male survivor sized with strawberry blonde hair and normal looking 1960's-ish clothing, but not the hippie stuff, the snappier dressed 1960's stuff. I wanted him to be almost indiscernible from a survivor so his TR passive could be more useful and he might get mistaken for one of them if they don't notice the silver hammer. In other words he doesn't look like a threat, but will totally kill you if he catches you alone.

He needs a chase buff to his base kit, and a slight nerf to his anti stealth.Personally i think his base kit is fine as is.
1. He has the power to stop survivors vaulting and pallet dropping.
2. He messes with their skill checks.
3. He has a strong power that while utility oriented, can totally slow down gen progression. My overall problem with the Doc is simply that (for someone so add-on dependent) his add-on distribution is atrocious. If he got a chase buff and anti-stealth nerf, he'd still be Shape or LF level. TBH, I believe all killers should be Nurse and Hillbilly level, and give survivors and intense challenge, especially the SWF survivors. As it is though, out of 12 killers only 2 are viable for high rank, and the rest are either useful or a joke. This does not "an asymmetrical game" make and I am saddened by that fact.

That was intended as a buff to Doctor players by letting Nurses Calling see survivors trying to snap out of it. DbD is loaded with inconsistencies like this, take Huntress Lullaby for example. In its description it says:
Survivors receive a 2/4/6 % regression penalty when missing ANY Skill Check.
But it DOESN'T affect Jigsaw boxes. Whereas Unnerving Presence's Description says:
Survivors within your Terror Radius have a 6/8/10 % greater chance of triggering Skill Checks WHEN REPAIRING, HEALING, OR SABOTAGING.
Triggered Skill Checks' success zones are reduced by 40/50/60 %.But DOES affect Jigsaw Boxes. Personally I feel that both should say "Any Skill Check" and affect Jigsaw boxes all the same, but the devs have already stated that they didn't want to make Jigsaw boxes "Too Hard." IMO this is laughable since skill checks are already a breeze and HL is so under-powered by its hooking requirements that it shouldn't even qualify as a Hex.
Sorry for digressing, but the point remains that the devs often will SAY something is one way but rarely ever stick to it out of their perceived allusions of balance.
