I like having moris in the game due to the horror element, but I almost never use them due to the things you just said.
It would be cool if they were reworked so you had to meet certain criteria in order to use one (not just getting a hook) and if they were a little more rare in blood webs.
I feel the same about keys. They need to be way more rare, IMO.

The Game is like the one thing in DBD that isnt survivor-sided, IMHO.

I'm on PS4 and I agree. Frame rate crashes anytime anything happens and people have learned to take advantage of it in order to get as many free Dead Hards as they want while you watch your weapon slice through their pixels to no effect.
Also grabs are still broken.

I've been staying away from the game for a bit due to frustrations about balance and recent changes, but at the end of the day I cant stay away from reading the forums, checking the subreddit and daydreaming about being in the fog. I love this irritating pile of awesome that BHVR has made.
While there are flaws and, at times, decisions that I absolutely cannot understand, the Devs have created an amazing game and I believe they really do care about continuing to improve on it.
Also, their willingness to sift through all of our aggravated (and often rude) rage comments here while still consistently replying to questions is impressive and shows an initiative toward transparency and a level of customer support that most companies wouldn't bother with.
We don't always get along, but I still want the Devs to be my valentine (I don't think my wife will mind. )

You got nearly 3 years of gametime out of it, you more than got your money's worth.
I mean, yes, that is when the game came out... but I have not had all of the DLC for nearly 3 years, nor have I had the rift passes or any cosmetics I've bought recently.
I would not have spent money on these things if I knew this was coming.
Now I'm stuck playing so that I can try and get my money out of the rift pass I just bought.

I 100% agree, OP. I want my money back.
I've had this game for several years and, honestly, if I would have known that it was going to turn into a survivor playground where a killer is just present but basically powerless, I would not have spent a penny.
I've bought every DLC, both Rift passes and have gotten three friends to buy this game and I regret all of it and seriously feel like it's the duty of the Devs to just refund me for all of it. It was falsely advertised and it's been mishandled repeatedly.
My survivor matches are over in like 4-5 minutes now and often I have minimal contact with the killer because they are too busy sweating their asses off trying to aPpLy PreSSuRe to actually do anything. My killer matches are almost guaranteed to be a bad time unless I play with one of three killers, which is boring AF and means I wasted my money on the rest of them.
I want my money back.
P.S. Dont listen to the people who are saying "Get Gud," they have likely never played killer in their life outside of yellow ranks, or just never at all, and have become entitled by all the privilege the devs have given them and their swf buddies.

IMO, keys are not toxic, nor are any other items.
I do believe they need a rework though because it's hard enough getting pips as a killer without having an entire team just disappear on you when 3 gens are done.
