  Oh. He's still strong as #########. You just have to have a stupidly insane feel for him and the game.

  I think the argument should be. Make him easier to use somehow.

  He is not strong anymore, he is outdated by new killers but yeah that doesnt mean he needs some love.

• Dont play a high effort low reward killer. He is terrible against good survivors even with his "best" addons (note that Billy doesnt have any good addon). Dont play Billy until devs finally fix him.
