I'm very sorry to hear you've experienced a player treating you like this, if you ever experience a player being abusive in pre-game chat we do have chat logs of this and can still penalize these players.
My best advice for when you witness something like this is to log their username and if possible, their chat messages and submit it via our Customer Support website found here: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/
This is all we will need to find them and take action accordingly.
We currently do not have a report feature in the match lobby, though we have had cases like this brought to our attention previously and we take that feedback into consideration when trying to improve accessibility and simplifying the report process for our players.

Hello!
I'm one of the 5 ACM team members that are responsible for taking care of in-game reports / player reports filed through our support desk.
I can assure you that we have a zero tolerance policy for players insulting, being generally horrible to others, threatening others or their safety.
I have personally resolved many reports, some containing very vulgar content.
I would love for you, our players, to know that there is a team of real people handling these reports and we care very much about the things that happen during gameplay and in our chat system.
I'm very sorry to hear players have treated you so poorly, it saddens me ro hear it has ruined your day, you do not deserve that. I hope my message brings some reassurance and offers some relief.
We love you guys and appreciate all of the support you show the game, we try to keep the environment as clean as we can but it is a lot to maintain and we are doing our absolute best!
Please be kind to one another in-game and remember there are always real people with real feelings on the other side. ♡♡♡

If survivors are already in the exit gate you can hit them out.
If they're within a 16m range of the exit gate, you can find them and attack them, worst case scenario the game may be delayed by a few minutes. This is still an improvement on what existed before and will bring the game to a definite end.
A mechanic such as this could also be abused by survivors looking to grief as they can then force the timer to go faster, resulting in the death of others who may still be in the trial (whether they're in a chase, moving for a rescue or other).

Regarding macros - we reserve the right to enforce the EULA as we see fit, macros included as stated in the EULA (https://store.steampowered.com/eula/381210_eula_0):
Use or distribute “auto” software programs, “macro” software programs or other “cheat utility” software program or applications.
You are also running the risk of EAC detecting macro software running and issuing a ban to your account.
The scenario you've described is not something we deem punishable (speedhacking and lagswitching are, however).
