That's really kind of you. As a PS4 player myself, the community is tragically pretty negative. I turned off my messages for that reason. I wish more people would be willing to teach others, or compliment their strengths, rather than beat them up over mistakes, or this "gg ez, baby killer, git gud, #########" mentality. Sadly I can hardly ever message somebody GG because they have their messages off because of the toxicity.

Blood and Gore won't make the game scarier, I believe the Survivor side needs higher stakes. For me personally, Survivor is easy, looping and escaping chases are the only real delight. Working on Gens overall, is boring. Cleansing totems, is boring. When I play Killer, I feel that stress, that rush of having to juggle downing and hooking survivors are quickly as possible, and keeping pressure on Gens. Every game as survivor is pretty much wash, rinse, repeat. At least switching between killers and trying each unique ability can satisfy that craving for something more. But I agree the game needs something... maybe "risks" to shake it up.

Are you playing on PS4? I'm having the same issue. It's gotten worse over the past month. I played about 10 games this week, as a Rank 10 killer, and I'm getting nothing but Red Rank Survivors. I just played 3 games tonight and about half way through each match I've quit, let them finish their Gens and opened the gate for them to end the match (because DCing is not the right move, as frustrated as I am). It's not their fault I'm getting paired up with them, but it's no longer fun for me. Survivor wait times are so bad, it's not worth waiting to play (I'm a red rank survivor). I feel you, and I hope it gets resolved soon.

Playing for 5 days, and Freddy is OP... Freddy can be difficult, but you can learn to handle it. Put in some time, and you'll be fine.

I play on PS4, and I've played 3 games so far today as Killer. This image pretty much reflects the survivors I've been going against. This game in particular was very coordinated. I'm a red ranked survivor, and it's the same, except I'm waiting forever for a lobby to get a killer in green/yellow ranks. It's this miserable experience which is why I almost never see a red ranked killer. I have a lot of work to do to get better at certain killers, but this isn't the way to do it. It's really frustrating, and disheartening. I hope the matchmaking gets fixed for both sides.

As Survivor, I'm currently rank 5 (I can't find games in under 10 minutes, so I've been playing killer instead) and I've been getting killers in the green ranks. I don't feel it rewarding to play against someone not near my ranking.
As Killer...I'm rank 8 and I keep getting Ranks 4, 3 and 2 Survivors and it's been disheartening and frustrating. This has been happening since I was rank 10. I'm stuck playing against groups that are much more skilled than I. I do hope the matchmaking gets fixed soon... I'm just glad rank reset is coming up =(
