  • Personally I think rule no. 2 should be based powers survivors shouldn't see the boxes unless the rbt is active. I think the growl is fine but she should crouch as fast as GF.

  • Killer main who didn't know this event didn't include licensed killers. If the killers you are facing are licensed then this may be the issue as i played several games trying to unlock the crown. Now i just get my bbq stacks

Gen speeds are actively getting changed right now? ๐Ÿค”

To my knowledge its when multiple survivors are on a gen, i may have not understood their timing correctly but if 3 or 4 survivors are on a gen its pretty much wasted time. But the speed is still to be 80 sec with smaller maps hopefully that sticks but any thing can change during from ptb to the actual update

  • I'm always glad to see people try to make the game better. But honestly no, and here's why.

    1. Gen speeds will never be changed and they shouldn't but large maps are a problem

    2. In accordance with the 1st point not every killer has great map pressure especially with with good or decent loopers

    3. Nerfing ruin, alot of people didn't complain about NOED until this happened why? Because ruin dealt with the 1st two issues. Typically survivors would get annoyed look for the ruin and gen speeds were slowed.

Most killers are M1 based or their power can be affected by the survivors choice/actions

  • So i don't see a problem with slugging and yes I'm a killer main. But if I'm not "entitled" to a 4k games why are survivors "entitled" to survive? Point neither sides are entitled to ish. Does it suck when a survivor DC's giving the hatch absolutely, but no difference with sacrifice/ no struggle on hook. Getting slugged sucks but both sides "abused" certain aspects of the game. If Devs had a problem with it they change it like they did with survivors vaulting the same window. Also there are perks for getting slugging if you're really worried about it. Though i will say everyone should get a multiplier for dcs it really hurts both side in my opinion

Jeffslinger would also have a two-step instadown in this case. Step one, fire gun. Step two, M1.

The point of what I'm saying is that it would be to quick, think about with ghost or myers you gotta stalk. Hex based requirements must be met. But if you harpoon a survivor and injured them, then reel them in preventing them from fleeing and hit them to put them in a dying state. The game would fly. Survivors would DC even more.

... How would it be an instadown? Just make it injure without inflicting Deep Wound, like, you know, 95% of attacks in this game. Deathslinger specifically has an addon for making his power instadown, and it doesn't do it by ignoring Deep Wound; it does it by applying Exposed instead of Deep Wound.

Think about it, you hook the survivors putting them in the injured state. In addition you reel them to hit them with a bayonet. They wouldn't have much of a chance. I know its not a "instana down" like being exposed, but you would down a survivor in one encounter eith out a chase.

  • As some one who doesn't play as ahigh mobile killer. Slugging is helpful to slow gen speeds especially if I'm not using a perk for that also. Also it brings another survivor closer to me or puts a survivor some where I'll know their location this helps with map sizes . Lets talk tunneling, tunneling is when a killer ignores other survivors to focus on only one. Now if a teammate does an unsafe hook like I'm right there or i just turned around there is a high chance you'll be chased mainly because A. Your the only injured party member B. You're either dead on hook or close to it. I feel alot of survivors call it tunneling when they don't want to chased. But call it baiting when they do. Also no mitier and unbreakable let's you pick your self up.

  • Because if the hook didn't count as a deep wound this killer could practically instana down every one. The game would go to quick. Personally i would LOVE if that wasn't the case, but it's for balancing purposes. I've noticed any killer abilities that can instana down has a two step process.

  • Pig, i use to watch my roommate play Dbd he is a survivor only and i thought the game incredible dumb until i saw a match with the pig. And at that point the entity had lol. My favorite thing to do is pick a team part. Pop those gen run from point A to point B. Get grabbed off the gen find that jiggsaw box.

  • Something that really kept me going was the compliants end of match. When people tell me i gave them a jump scare, that means alot to me ๐Ÿ˜‚

  • In a sense your right, if you get the 3rd hook. They die and can't play any more for that match so yeah. But personally as a kill i feel my job is to make you feel overwhelmed, like the inevitable is approaching. Lol though i really pull this off. In addition i do agree with one person said about difficulty of pips as a killer. Getting devious as pig is the wrost. But playing some survivor matches i can see why certain things are in place to prevent either side from being too op. What i thing alot of people get made about is the exploit of the game. Window tech, safe hook bug etc. Freddy's long as arms lol.

  • Disturb ward

    Haddon ln

In that Effing order. Hate these maps so much no matter ehat side i play

  • Well i agree with alot of what was said, except the killers being sadistic...and most survivors are chilled. I will say I'm a fairly new player about 6 mnths or less. And i do play killer more often, so i do feel comfortable in saying your perks are your balance for the "against the world" mentality. There are 4 survivors that you must down and hook 3 times. Thats 4 plays styles if not SWF, that you must account for and balance the whole game. Who's good at looping, why can't i find the blendette etc lol. Not being in a party there is still valuable information shared like when a survivor is down all others can see the killers location given the downed players aura and if the killer isn't running blind seal. And yes i know there are exceptions like, this perk i just mentioned. But blind seal was nerfed because 80% of top rank matches used it. Or whose is injured on the team ,now you know the killer is in a chase and are free to do a gen. Now top this with SWF and well we all know that old argument. But not to digress the point I'm trying make is most killers get "salty" about buffs because of the balance or impactof certain perks to builds. Hex ruin, maybe this won't be a 3 min game, maybe the survivor does more then just gens. Helps on large maps too not every killer is a speedy one or can traverse large distances gives a chance cover distance or leadway for a longer chase. Now ive played survivor and i do enjoy it dropping pallets for stuns or getting flashlights saves are hella fun. But i never felt like I'm against the impossible, and even wrost there are some killers I'm like oh ok this will be fun. Maybe its in my head but i always felt the survivors should have a constant scare factor, like we all need to do this together to survive or at least i think thats what the thought was when making the game. And yet YouTube is full if SWF making killers rage quit or give up. Wow way longer then excepted super sorry...

TLDR : killers gets bother by buffs/nerfes because the perks help balance the 1v4 of the game play
