You could just look the other way? You see she is doing the mori, look the other way, or go to the restroom, or go get a snack, or just close your eyes. 👀
I don’t feel an option to filter this is necessary.
Anonymous mode wasn't necessary but we still got it and that feature alone most likely took more dev time than anyone can imagine
-
Anonymous mode was implemented despite the fact that only a very small minority had requested it. I believe that the development team invested significant time, possibly months, to introduce this specific feature.
The sound of Hag's traps was altered due to its impact on people's discomfort. Similarly, adjustments were made to flashlights because they were causing irritation. The blindness effect underwent a change from white to black.
The option to disable in-game chat was provided to address the discomfort it caused to some
players. Despite these changes aimed at enhancing player comfort, there is a notable absence of an optional visual filter for Moris. From the initial trapper level to the current extreme of including unsettling elements like shoving random items into survivors' mouths and eyes, the escalation in grossness is undeniable. Many horror games offer visual filters, and it raises the question of why such an option is not available here.
Behavior has consistently shown openness to toning down aspects or introducing options to make the game more accessible and comfortable for everyone. The current state of Moris, reaching levels of grossness that they have, appears to be an accessibility issue that the developers can address.

My comment is toxic and without compassion indeed
it's pretty toxic to not read the part about this being optional and assuming I want moris to be censored for everyone which isn't the case here
why comment if you're not even going to read the body?
unless your purpose here is to just troll at least the commenter above me took the time to read it unlike you

What ? this is an horror game. Don't censor an horror game...
Just dont look at it yourself if you cant handle it
it's an optional setting that you don't have to enable
don't be a toxic gate keeper
if you're a fan of seeing killers puke into the mouth of survivors then good for you but not everyone wants to see that
-
having some form of communication between survivors in game would be great
some people think this will imbalance the game but my counterargument to that is play any MMO like WOW or FF14 and see how far communication between randoms gets you

Huh, that's unique.
Nerfing CoH not because it's too stronk or anything but because... it takes time to place.
it's because your average COH user will keep placing them everytime they go off and that causes them to not interact with the killer or gens
they do not understand that they are wasting 16 seconds each time they do this and if they do this 5 times then 80 seconds of potential generator progression is lost
this is not a new take, streamers have also hated when they see their team mates just focus on booning all match
-
it's still charms though so it will be underwhelming regardles, I personally never liked charms as a reward

it didn't? base boost changed. unless i missed a change to it somewhere, which is possible.
Overcome was developed and balanced around that base boost we have but if that is changed then overcome needs to change as well because now it's not as useful, so do you see yourself using overcome after these changes?
if the answer is No then this perk has no value to you

the perk was developed and balanced around that base but if the base is changed then the overall perk is weaker, why don't you look at this from a different perspective?
do you see yourself using this perk after the changes for more than 1 or 2 matches?

Correct. Overcome is MORE valuable now.
it lost 25% of it's power how does that make it more "valuable" when the perk was never meta to begin with?
if it's more valuable to you now then why don't you use it once the patch is out?

I could see it being given a number increase, add 0.2 seconds to its effect, to better match what it is currently.
it's actually 0.5 seconds if they want to keep it as is since killers also recover faster with the new change
-
another thing they can do is change overcome's speed boost from 2 seconds to 2.5 seconds which will mean this perk will not be impacted by the change

I think its way more harmless then the players are making it out to be. It can be gotten just by playing normally imo. Not saying go try to get hit but sometimes hits in chases just happen that way.
I've been trying to finish the challenge for days and came to the conclusion that you basically need to throw to actually get it
I've looped killers for 2-3 gens and only got 2 hits on a window

LET ME SPEND MONEY ON YOUR GAME
I would like that too but platform makers like sony won't allow cross platform gifting

Basically you have to actually play bad on purpose. It's not a "challenge" but it's more of a time waste. Imagine if a survivor has active the 5th one you mentioned (die 4 times on EGC) and a killer has the first one (complete a trial with 0 hooks). It would waste time on both sides making the matches absolutely boring as hell.
that's the point I was trying to make, I think challenges like this are detrimental to the game
there shouldn't be challenges that reward you for poor play
