game has been stale and boring for the past 7 years. There is no reason to sacrifice your fun and happiness for something that offers no real reward. The game is too intense for casual players and too easy for the experienced. Many new games have come out too. DBD is fun when I play 1-2 hours a couple days a week. Long sessions are just not doable anymore.

It will happen regardless. It is an online game. People will tbag even if you played fair. It’s not rocket science. maybe they had a bad game before, or maybe you looked at them weird. I wouldnt take it to heart and just move on. Is it annoying? Yes. Do the survivors have a little ego trip because they beat a perkless onyro? Unfortunately yes.

I honestly dont even know why bhvr implemented it. I’ve only seen it used maliciously and for streamers. Every person that has been a terrible human on dbd has used anonymous mode, who would figure?

i think sitting in a corner and letting them do gens is probably faster than trying to kill them . They should def make it so that there’s no dc penalty when 2+ ppl dc..

the victimization and the us vs them r getting old. Like why do yall generalize all survivors as some sort of hivemind. I swear theyre not all chronically online . you get riled up over some obscure posts on the forum and come to the conclusion that the whole survivor base r the same. Like knight and skullmerchant were barely touched, xeno will be fine.

At least prenerf deathslinger had to reload, xeno just has infinite whips + no cooldown. Feelsbadman

He needs to have a hit cooldown back. Something more punishing than what he has now. Maybe revert to ptb or nerf it so the cooldown is 3-3.5 seconds long. What we have is a little ridiculous.

The only thing i dont like about him is his lack of a cooldown for his missed tail attack. Feels like old death slinger.

As they should. There is no reason fast vaults should have the same distant as medium vaults. There is also no reason killers should get hits for free at vaults . Also pls yall dont make this an us vs them this isnt some mysterious nerf to killers bc bhvr hates yall..

if you remove hook kobes, they will need to rework luck perks and slipperymeat. Also if someone really doesnt want to play they will just afk so it seems counterintuitive to remove them

I say let ppl play how they want and if they find comp fun then so be it. Comp matches ive watched were entertaining. The mind games, teamwork, and collective passion for the game make comp an enjoyable experience. I think the only problem is when comp players bring high expectations into pub matches and expect the 500 hour jim bob to have “optimal pathing” among other things.

This happened to me on dead dawg. My pc was so loud I could barely hear footsteps. 2 dead and 2 left at 3 gens I spent 10 minutes looking for them. I eventually went afk bc I was bored. 5 minutes later still no progress on gens. One of the dead survivors messaged me on steam and told me where they were. I ended up bleeding them out when I found them. stealth is fine , and I can understand in a 2v1 scenario at three gens it’s basically impossible to win, but when the game is at a standstill for 30 mins U gotta think.. is it really worth the win

I think behavior should prioritize playability over aesthetics. You can make a map beautiful without adding 20 million rocks and plants.

I would add some features from dbd mobile like the special currency you get from dailies that you can spend on outfits, special charms with effects, interesting dynamic outfits, clans, special moris, interesting dailies and leveling rewards, flashlight or toolbox cosmetics, prestige rewards, weekly bloodhunts, and a leaderboard that awards the best players. I would rework a lot of map layouts, make maps more appealing and easier to look at (cough cough borgo cough),

my old gaming laptop had a 1660 ti and ran this game at 117 fps. However, over the course of a couple months the frames went down and I was left with 60.. on LOW. Maybe it’s the laptop or maybe it’s the game.. idk. It’s kind of a pain in the butt to need a beast of a pc to run this game well. I cant even imagine what the new temple of purgation or new map feels like for lower end pc or consoles.

I load into a match, I see a sm kick a gen at 1% and see her throw up her drones around a 3 gen, I make an educated guess of how the match will turn out, and I simply go next

If someone is toxic in endgame chat you just say gg, go next, and forget about it. You cant please everyone and If you dont engage with them theyll eventually stop. They want to get a rise out of you. ppl will bm even if u sit in a corner and afk for 5 gens. That’s just how people are. It’s the nature of the game. It’s best to just take it as silly game banter and move on.

It is good. Feels balanced for both sides. Im glad they nerfed coh dh and medkits. Bloodweb changes are good.However, the game just feels … kind of boring. But maybe it will change and the dust will settle.

what is the point of the skill switch feature if we have to wait until a patch comes to fix it? Is it so game breaking that fixing it causes the game to explode?

If online banter like this gets you so riled i think it is unfortunately time to log off. Like jane was adepting and the other perks they brought were fair. Also this doesnt show the whole story, did you bm or try to tunnel and lost? I would understand if it was a full swf on comms holding you hostage for 40 minutes but this seems like a normal dbd match

Cant measure my progress, sweating seems pointless, all i get is bp, no other rewards. Maybe if they added an in game leaderboard, or clans, something. Something to aim for that isnt p100

If ur in a swf her 3 gen is easy to dismantle but soloqueue it is impossible. I dont understand when ppl day “dont let it happen” when most skull merchants camp gens from the start of the match. Also COB/Overcharge still has significant strength. Even if they dont win.. even if they dont get akill.. the game still lasts30 minutes.

And i will say that the medkit nerf is warranted. But normal healing.. idk. Like, your’re already in an awkward position if youre healing in group and on top of that there’s decreased heal speeds. Medkits were op, it should take twice as long to heal by yourself than with a group, obviously. With sloppy things wont feel great. But idk maybe it will be different

I will miss the interactions with flashlights. Getting rid of crows, or blinding nurse/spirit/wraith felt interesting. Now if youre caught in a deadzone there is no counter. Even if it was rare it was a last resort that sometimes paid off. Now youre just dead. I liked the fact that flashlights countered hag.. a niche interaction, not everyone brought them, and you could just bring franklins. But now anyone can just disarm her traps.

Trickster had something going for him. Like he looked inhuman, and i know dbd lore isnt something to go by but at least his was sort of compelling. He seems like a crazy maniac. This lady has nothing going for her so i can understand why they went the corny with an h route. Her design feels empty. Also does anyone remember when they removed the thong from Claudette's community skin? Or felix’s pubes from his one outfit. Like they were always careful not to cross a line. Now they realized sexiness is marketable so it’s no wonder why they cashed in on it.

It is not game breaking but rather annoying. People that say “deal with it” are the same ones that probably thought the “stand still mindgame” was fair. I dont really know how an invis entity going mach speed with no directional audio is fair. Every loop is a 50/50, and with her addon that gives killer instinct it’s basically gg. Also just because something is still “broken” doesnt mean that other problems should be ignored.
