Killers fit into 3 categories. 1 Hitters, map presence and garbage. Demogorgon? Garbage. Clown? Garbage. Pyramid head? Garbage. The latter is only doing well/4k's due to tunneling. If he was a better killer players wouldn't have to play him as a dick so much.
How you imagine Myers is above ghostface is beyond me. I'd also disagree that nurse and spirit are above Freddy. Especially since you are considering basic addons only.

Hey if they allowed this at least you would always be able to unlock again eventually and it would make it easier for them to track who owns it now because the game has dedicated servers.
I have a prestiged 3 dwight with no bloody shirt. It's painfully obvious they ate my cosmetics and I still don't have them back. I strongly recommend you don't waste time or money on cosmetics in this game. You'll never get them back.

lol. Of course that would be their stance. The solution to this is so obvious it's baffling how it's such an issue to get resolved. If your development team cannot fix the bug in a quick and efficient manner just temporarily disable the offering from being used but still allow it to be collected on the web. Push the anniversary timeline out as many days as it takes to get it fixed. Done.

The “exploit” is that you, yourself, get 140% extra BP but nobody else gets any. But of course, everybody getting 520% extra is leagues better, but BHVR acts like we can’t do basic math and says “oh you’re free to abuse this to your advantage!”

It's not worth it. The game literally stole not only the legacy clothing from me but multiple clothing pieces (including bloody!) and all the helpdesk did was tell me to watch the forums. The incompetency is so rampant behind this game.

Wait, I'm confused. What is the 'exploit'? Anytime I'm in a game and someone plays a cake I never get the bonus bloodpoints with one exception. I got it on a killer who didn't have bbq.

I broke the code, if you reassemble the letters it reads out "Pretty good job so far". Must be a reference to the anniversary event. All jokes aside the top portion might be Old God, Old King or Gold God Old King. Could be a hint to something, probably nothing.

I find it obnoxious this over indulgence to represent a people in an extremely small bracket of civilization. We really don't need LGBT in ever facet of culture. Nobody cares about your 'lifestyle', we're just tired of seeing it all everywhere. Get over yourselves.

Well...you got Bonus Bloodpoints for just doing your objective, both survivor and killer.
And it was a Summer Event, last year we didn't get it because they needed resources to "fix bugs" but that didn't happen.
It was a lot more unique and well, the vibe was a lot better than what it is now. Right now, the offering is bugged, the gens just have balloons, the hooks have balloons, there's....it's so generic.
The Generators were different, the hooks had grills, it was a well thought out Event.
Summber BBQ was the best event they ever did and only did it once, which is bizzare because they already had the assets and coding in place so it's not like it would require an extraordinary amount of work, maybe two new skins and that's it.

I can understand why survivor main's find it 'unfair' that killers have an easier go of the cosmetic but the whole concept is pretty awful on every level. First of all you're stuck with the default face, which makes the skin less likely for people to actually use. Secondly the only people who'd actually use it is those toxic mf'ers who try to make their character standout in a stealth based game in order to troll. Seriously a big yellow bullseye is not something you should want when trying to hide.
Next we have the new items. Ghastly gataeu doesn't even work. All these people are blowing these offerings not understanding that it doesn't work. Will they be compensated for that? Nope. Next we have the medkit and flashlight. They are extremely hard to get on the blood web. I leveled Bill p3 through all of the survivor perks I have unlocked, getting every gataeu and new item and this is what I ended with: 64 Gataeu's, 7 Flashlights and 5 medkits, not skipping any of these items as they spawned. Two of the medkits I believe I got from chests. And for what? Same stats as their regular yellow counter parts and the last thing I want when I finish healing is a huge pop of confetti saying 'HERE I AM!' At least when the Halloween item's first came out they were superior to their counterparts in terms of usage.
And that leaves me with my biggest gripe about the whole event. No double BP's. We are halfway through the year and this is the only event thats occurred and still no double BP's? Last two anniversary's had them, why not now?
I apologize if this comes off as a bitchfest but I do believe the term 'lackluster' is warranted here.

This is much better then the previous anniversary. Better than Hallowed Blight because there aren't constant suicides, better than bbq, and certainly better than lunar new year.
Please explain how this is better than previous anniversary. At least last anniversary there was a double bloodpoint event at the start and the birthday cakes actually granted you the points you earned using them. And that's not even getting into the halo cosmetic.

So most of the games I've played as survivor/killer I didn't get the points. I did notice however when I played as hag and people used the cakes it actually worked. For killers I think the bug might lay within using BBQ but for survivors I don't know why it's not working. It's very clearly broken and if they're not sure how to fix it just yet they should allow people to obtain them but not able to use them so people who don't know it's not working are not wasting them.

I think the crowns are a poor idea anyways. What really pisses me off is these gateau's are not working properly.

This event blows. In a game where stealth is king why would they think it's a good idea to have a big yellow halo on your survivor or killer? Seems pretty stupid to me. Is this the first event we've had in 2020? Didn't we have like 6-7 events the last two years? And there's no double bps at the start of this one? Seems pretty lackluster to me.
