  How would that help with the spawning situation even? It doesn't matter if I see them if they still spawn separate on gens.

  Gee thanks. That's why I'm saying its a bug....I don't think it has any relation to the perk after looking into it more. It just seems to be a bug with some killers that happen occasionally. Had the same problem with a hag on Midwich where I couldn't hear her terror radius even though I'm in a chase and 2 feet away from her.
