  • Doubt it. I'd say ps4 has the largest console playerbase as it was released free on PS plus awhile back. This is all just complete speculation though. As a pc player, most of the survivors i get are not on PC. Most of the killer population is on PC though in red ranks. That's all the insight i can provide.

  • 700 hours of dbd on steam. Only encountered a handful of cheaters. Also, you said that ps4 survivors don't disconnect as much. You cannot differentiate PC players from other consoles you are playing against. So no, you're probably playing with other platforms. Most of the survivors are console players. There's way more console survivors than PC survivors. It might be true if they have like a very generic name though. that's probably a steam user. I have thousands of hours on ps4 dbd, I have never noticed a difference between disconnect ratios between cross platform players and ps4 players.

  • Monitors are objectively better. They typically have lower input latency and higher refresh rate. Input latency is the time it takes for an action to appear on screen once you hit a button/move your mouse. Tvs are generally slower even on "game" mode. So if you are looking to play competitively, monitors are the way to go 1000%.

  • If you're on console there's really nothing you can do. If you're on pc though, you could try disable your steam overlay. That helped me get a bit more fps. You can try overclocking your gpu+cpu.

  • Play as legion, it is a pipping monster. The legion isn't very good at killing but is a god at pipping.


    Edit: Also take the person advices above me what they said. Stack those slowdown perks! EX: Ruin, undying

    How do you know they are on PC? It could literally be Ps4 or switch or stadia LUL
