  • I don't think that playing nice or playing rude have to be your objective.

I recommend you to start each game with a plan based in correlative things to acomplish one after another. For instance my objective consist in

    - Phase one: to hang one time each survivor

    - Phase two: to hang each one survivor for the second time

    - Phase three: maybe I go for one or two kills if I can, but sometimes I just open myself the door to start EGC (I don't want to reach red rank as killer to avoid always play against red rank sweaties survivors. I try to do my own match making XD).

By the way: tunnel, slug or camping are game tools, there is no good or bad in use them, it is just your choice.

  • Just do what Mika says:

    "Relax, take it easy

For there is nothing that we can do"

  • They have to revert the nerf and then they have to revert the buff so lucky break would be as it was before they touched it. Then they could create a new perk to not leave scratch marks (maybe for a limited amount of time, maybe with two or three consumable tokens or what ever). This way if a survivors want to hide groans of pain, traces of blood and scratch marks then they have to use three perk slots.

  • If I could return to the past I wouldn't return to an older version of Day by Daylight. I would return to and older version of myself playing Day by Daylight. But it is impossible.

I really miss a lot the stress, tension and terror the game used to cause to me as a new survivor and the almighty sensation I used to felt as new killer.

I keep enjoying play Dbd today but the time changed terror and power into salt XD. Nothing is forever...

As killer I would return Billy at what he used to be before the 2020 nerf.

As survivor I would return hatch as it used to be in 2016.

  • This thread is plenty of good advices! As someone told maybe other games are better destress games, especially farming/grinding games like PoE, D3, Bdo, etc.

But returning to Dbd stress subject I do recommend you (as other people told above) set your own win definition leaving behind 4K/4 escapes as win condition. Sometimes lose is funier than "win".

My game objective when I play as killer is hang one time each survivor to get the full BBQ bonus. If I get that objective then I will try to do it again. Maybe I try to kill one survivor, rarely two because I don't want to ge purple rank as killer.

My game objective playing as survivor is... None XD. Simply let the things flow but I can say playing altruistic and unhook survivors is like the meta to me (I always, always, always use BT).

    Good luck with your exams!!

  • You've got to be aware of his grunts and run when you start to listen to them. You can't wait to last time while repairing a gen otheirwise he will hit you

  • Billy doesn't need overheat mechanic to be fair and fun at all except to avoid him to be a God Camper (like Bubba?)

It would be nice that overheat mechanic only activates in proximity of hanged survivors

  • I play Billy, I love flying the map!

It would be nice if overheat mechanic only activates when Billy is next to hang survivors (8 or 12 meters radius).

PD: if they rework Billy I beg them to live his LoPro Chains add on in the game. I love that add on!

  • I like new BT but I would have no problem if they give it back to 16 seconds.
