Quite often, not every game like it was- but if I play twelve games a night, I usually see about five of them. I did an experiment for a while of how many killers I saw over x amount of hours/days. I should add Sadako to that and really see how often I see her now.

I bumped into my now best friend when I first started playing this game, over two years ago.
I also made a lot of other friends through facing them as survivor or killer.
There are some nice people out there ^.^

The bot Claud did that annoying flashlight macro the entire game at me. I def feel like BHVR is just laughing.

I don’t care if some runs BT or not but I will get pissed if they unhook me in the killer’s face. Happens far too often.
Seriously, how many times has a killer “laughed at you” for not having DH. I honestly can’t see this happening very often.
Twice now in the past week- before that not so often. Nit picky?
Also, I won't unhook you in the killers face. *shrug*

I quite like running Autodidact, Small Game, Epathetic Connection, and Botany Knowledge as a survivor. It gets fun though when your teammates yell at you for not having BT, because they are being hooked camped/tunneled.. so they either die on hook or you just leave. Then you have the killers that laugh at you because you didn't bring Dead Hard @_@
Not defending survivors, just saying if we don't run those perks- we get a lot of flak from killers and survivors alike. Or I have :/ Maybe I just get the sad lonely hour people.

If I see someone being trolled or sandbagged by their teammates, I will make it a point to let them out. If I don't see it I usually feel pretty bad when told about it in end game. If I am about to get a 4K, I usually let the last person go. If there is a d/c or two, I let them farm out points. If they bm heavily, probably no one is getting out though.

I am glad I found this thread, It's been really difficult the past few months. A lot of things not going right off the computer and trying to keep a positive mindset, it's just been hard. So seeing people trying to help each other smile is just... amazing and a breath of fresh air.

TBF, if you told me you had a cat to pet in the endgame but had no way to provide pics of said cat (I'm on console so I'm assuming EGC has no picture sharing ability), I'd be mad too! I'd want to see the adorable kitty!!! 😤

This is oddly wholesome. I went down earlier really fast because my cat decided he wanted pets and jumped on my keyboard at that moment. So ofc I stopped mid-chase because I am not going to push him away. He deserves all the lovings; I continued to play the game normally after I was taken off of hook; but the end game was def not as wholesome as him. I threw the game getting downed early :( Or so I was told.
So to my three teammates who saw a Nancy go down super fast against an Onryo on Rotten Fields, I am so sorry q_q The cat needed me.

Sister and I are in the process of cleaning out my brother's old room and then we're gonna chinchilla proof it and hopefully get some chinchillas by the end of this year !!
That is amazing!! Chinchillas are hard work but worth it, I've got a friend who raises them. I hope they find a happy and healthy home with you and your sister!

Yes! His name is Abe and he is my ESA. I adopted him from the shelter last August and I am so happy I just decided to go on a random drive to clear my head. Ended up somewhere just to look at something cute and feel human again.
Well I should say he adopted me. I luffs him <3

It didn't turn over for us survivors. So I am assuming it didn't turn over for them too, just like they can't see when we throw 'shroud of binding' offerings.

Freddy addon are not good the only noticable addon are the one that can reduce the time it take for you to tp.
You will rely on your perk a lot so its better to have perk that are consistant over risky perk.
I think one of the best build you can use is pgtw, corrupt intervention, thrilling tremors and eruption. You can replace thrilling tremors with bbq it wont change much exept the bp gain but with freddy you dont need it so much. I use eruption because i prefer that perk over the other perk and with thrilling tremors its a nice little combo but if you dont like it i used run surge or brutal strengh that last perk slot is a flexible perk run what you like.
The hardest thing with freddy is knowing to know when to snare you slow yourself when you use that power so make sure the survivor is staying in the loop and he is asleep before using your snare. The rest is practice and dont forget you will mostly rely on survivor mistake for your hit
Thank you! I don't have eruption yet, but I have seen a lot of people running it. Doesn't it wake the survivor up? Does that matter too much?

This gives him his Dream Pallets which, while being weaker than Snares, are also about 90x more fun.
- One of: Nancy's Sketch/Nancy's Masterpiece
This reduces the recharge rate of his teleport for every sleeping survivor and if I'm being honest these two, outside of Red Paint Brush, are the only good add-ons he has.
perks
- Barbeque and Chili (The Cannibal; level 35)
Double bloodpoints is nice. Knowing which gens to teleport to is even nicer. Add them both into a single perk and you have this beauty. Thrilling Tremours (The Ghost Face; level 35) is also a good alternative here, but doesn't give more points.
- Pop Goes The Weasel (The Clown; level 40)
PGTW regresses gens when you kick them after a hook. Freddy can teleport to gens. I don't think I need to explain this one.
- Save The Best For Last (The Shape; level 30)
While this may seem like an odd choice, since you're guaranteed to lose stacks since you can never injure the Obsession other than with a Basic Attack, it is an absolute godsend, synergises very well with the next perk, and you will also rake up those stacks very fast. When combined with a Dream Pallet drop, or them running into a Snare, the distance they get is about a meter.
- Jolt (Generic Perk)/Surge (The Demogorgon; level 30)
They're both the same perk. It works very well with STBFL, gives some bonus regression to PGTW and lets you Surge a gen, teleport across the map and PGTW another, and overall it's just a very underrated perk.
Thank you for adding in some addons you recommend! He does seem like he can be a fun killer and I know as survivor I always go "oof" when I throw a pallet and it's a fake and get downed. This was great! I appreciate you explaining why the perks go well on him!

Escaping is whatever, as long as I get some decent points and am not tunneling into the ground with 5K points in end game- I'm fine.

You maybe telling the killer in a good way but people like us that play mostly killer get the same experience as I do.
I tell killers "gg wp <3" all the time. I def don't mean it in a cruel manner :/ It sucks that they take it that way.

There have been SO many d/c's, in all level ranks. I try not to d/c (thanks internet.. actually working when there is no d/c penalty...), but I killed myself on hook three times yesterday because I ran the killer for what should have been 2-3 gens and when I got put on hook... my teammates were all crouching on the other side of the map ;/ I'll take my dismal BP and just move on to the next- but I won't just d/c because the killer downed me. People have been doing this constantly.

Agreed. The effect makes me feel queasy, the crosshair they gave up to look at doesn't help at all. It worse when they have addons that make the gas work better. 🤢 Just soooo queasy feeling. Whenever I hear the clown's music I just want to tab out.

I play Claire without IW now and I turn the game up to make my roommates think I am busy.

Had a wraith game yesterday where he found the Claud at the start of the game, almost immediately. She went down and he stood in front of her on hook, hitting and shaking his body at her- repeatedly... I don't like letting people go to second, so I went to try to help her. She ended up dying on hook after he grabbed me and then dropped me. He picked me up, carried me to another hook and did the same thing to me. I didn't see the point in it, none of us did anything to upset him that I could see. We were trying to play fair, we were all just wondering "why?" We asked in end game chat and he said "stay salty survivors" and that was it, me and the three randoms were highly confused, not salty- just confused as to "why?" What fun is it to play like that?
I was playing killer one night and this Nea kept BMing me, macro'd her flashlight to do that annoying cicada like clicking noise constantly- teabagging me, etc. I left her and went for others but she kept coming back. I got my 4K, and in the end she called me bad and a bunch of foul names.. when I didn't BM, I tried to play fair. I said "gg wp all <3" in end game, they did really well! I will admit I am not a great killer, but ouch :/
The BM is on both sides. At 4K or not.

This wasn't the first time I've had a red rank killer or what not, but it is the first time I have seen an ENTIRE game made up of red ranks. I don't understand how it happened, haha.

First time you experienced getting tunneled? You should get used to it as fast as you can because a lot of killers play like this. They ditch any chase and come back for you when you'll get unhook. Anything for a win.
As I said, the tunnel was whatever. It was the ranks at the end. Like how am I suppose to learn when they can basically read my every move because they have 2K+ hours? I am still learning "tiles" or whatever they are called.

It just feels really overwhelming and disheartening to go against. I thought I did absolute crap that game, but I literally couldn't get far without him coming back immediately. People even tried to take hits for me, but he wanted me. I understand going against the weak link. I get it. That doesn't bother me. What bothered me was this at the end. I looked and some of their steams and they have like 1-2K hours in the game. Haha.. 2k vs. 20 hours. Yeah... I know the jist of the game, I just don't know how to loop well yet.
