Same issue. I have done killer quests and it will progress during my match, (killed 15 survivors) but when I get to the main menu it gives me my rewards for the other quests but does not progress the count for the 48 rift pass quest. I am stuck at 47/48 quests completed when I have completed 58 Rift quests. I opened a ticket but they brushed me off and said my problem was resolved when it was not. Here is the screenshot I took the same day they said my issue was resolved.

I am having the same issue. I have completed 58 Rift challenges and the quest is still stuck on 47/48. I already submitted a ticket but they closed my ticket and said the issue was resolved when it was not.
