The current engine is not only not-great for graphics in low settings, (The new engine IS ABSOLUTELY DISTASTEFUL TO THE EYE - NOTHING RENDERS ANYMORE) but buggy too.
I would love to be able to afford a better graphics cards, but I'm a college student with pets and mouths to feed. I don't have the extra money to solve a problem that never was there before.
I recomend you deleting some programs or files that you don't need. It boosted my fps from 39 to 46.
