While it's pretty rare that I miss because of it (PC), it's still incredibly obnoxious when survivors start spinning like a helicopter's blades as soon as they see the red stain. I'd like to see it toned down a bit tbh.
The console players are especially bad about it, presumably because it's easier to do on a controller and because it works on console killers more.

Been playing with friends who are between rank 8-13 and I'm rank 5 and a majority of our games have been rank 2-3 killers with near perfect builds and an occasional grey rank. Needless to say it has not been a good time.

The killer queues since cross play are super nice. From upwards of 7 minutes to actually instant.
I just hope they incentivize more people to play killer (or whichever is the lesser played side if there's a large disparity) because survivor queues are pretty out of whack. Which I heard from another forum user they put out a survey about.
Also in regards to your comment about spinning, I find that console players start flailing around like crazy way more than pc players when you get close as killer. Presumably because it's easier to do on controller and because it's easier to do it to console killers.

Always chase unhooker unless I can't find them or the unhooked person is just throwing themself at me.
Face camp object of obsession, always. They deserve a bad time.
I never use moris or keys, noed (maybe if I ever play scratched mirror Myers I will), and don't play Spirit as I perceive all of these as scummy. I don't like playing against any of these so why would I use them?
Always run decisive strike. Not because I want it but because I don't have any other decent obsession perks and I want there to be an obsession so the killer has to play around it for my entire team.
Otherwise it's pretty much just trying to avoid things I wouldn't want done to me if I were on the other side.

We're gonna live forever should have another way to get stacks tbh. The perk itself already doesn't do anything (unlike BBQ&C which is really useful) and you will usually have to fight your teammates for unhooks if you're not immediately sprinting for your hooked teammate.
I find the grind tolerable if you're only playing 1 side and ridiculous if you're trying to level both to answer your question though. Perks you need for whacky builds are just spread across too many characters for how long it takes to level (Ex: quick and quiet + head on or lithe + dance with me + quick and quiet). Makes me kind of wish that characters' perks had better synergy with the rest of their perks.

I'd really like to see a way to accelerate your bleedout while you're downed for situations like this. I've been in situations where the survivor just hides and the killer just patrols my downed body for 4 minutes which isn't fun for anyone and I just want to move onto the next match.
They could also reward blood points for hooking based on how full the survivor's bleedout is to disincentivize this behavior, with sub 1 minute on the bleedout timer rewarding almost nothing.

Probably half of mine felt good as a rank 10 newer player who plays both sides. It felt way too bouncy though in that one game I would do great and the next it'd put me with people very noticeably better then the next game would feel like a rank 20 game if I did poorly.
I could feel it somewhat working but it needs to jump around less drastically and have more clarity for the players in the form of some kind of number or rank they can see. Also needs to be a LOT kinder to new players.

Game was on sale for $8 on steam. Bubba was like $3 and Halloween was like $4 or something.
I see the problem if you look at it as just "buying perks" but getting Myers, Laurie, and Bubba for $7 doesn't sound too bad to me. I've had a lot of fun playing them minus Laurie's awful injured and hook noises.

Doctor because all the screaming and random vfx on your screen gets incredibly obnoxious.
Spirit is a really close second for me though because her power is absurd and most of the ones I have come across have been playing really scummy.

I want to echo that I got back into the game last week after not playing since a handful of hours at launch and the games post update have been absolutely miserable. Games were great fun and felt fair pre-update but now it feels like every killer I face just has way more map knowledge and experience than I do. Not to mention now it's guaranteed that they're crazy perked out whereas before most of the killers weren't, just like me.
