But didn't touch collision in the rest of the game so killers can continue getting looped to oblivion, and blocked while carrying survivors.

I am playing on 4K monitor and this game is running in full HD no matter what:
IF you play a killer you can move you cursor out of windows and then your mouse muse buttons don't work. First time reported 03/2017.
Or you can force to run the game in 4K but the game UI size is from Full HD.
Not bad in 2019.
