I’m hopeful that in the upcoming bugfix patches they will fix it.

Yeah the new screams really annoy me too. They feel basic like you’re simply getting stung by a mosquito rather than actually going crazy with electricity. I mean why change something that was perfect and fit the the theme of the killer. I miss the old screams soo much. Without them, playing against and as the doctor feels way less fun.
