• I just got hooked by a Knight while I had Kindred equipped, and I could not see his aura either. According to patch notes, this should only happen if the hooked survivor has not equipped Kindred.

  The Killer’s Aura does not properly appear while Kindred is active if the Hooked Survivor did not equip the Perk.

• Same happened to me just now, got chased and ran up the long metal stairs leading to the long drop, and got stuck there as well.
