I read it, and at the end of the day it was just "Let's add a second chance to survivors base kit, on top of the ones they already have".
I find it humorous that you feel it's Survivor sided and others feel it's Killer sided. It's not a "second chance" but more of a "first chance to stabilize but at the cost of not doing the objectives". However thanks for reading and considering it at least.

No.
Here's a DS nerf.
Go for the unhooker. Keep track on who's been unhooked. Count to 60. Go for someone else.
And before you give me "What if" situations, "WHAT IF you just went for someone else besides the person that was unhooked recently."
I know it may be shocking but there are 4 survivors in the trial.
I was hoping for less closed-minded, biased responses than yours.

You can build in even a watered down version of DS when all killers have a built in Pop or Corrupt.
Did you read it at all and consider playing with it? I feel like this would help both killers and Survivors deal with the situation better.

It's creepy and weird and unsettling. Sounds like a good addition to the game.

Ds is fine the way it is until ebony moris are nerfed , you want to nerf a easily countered perk but want to stay silent about how broken moris are , they literally have no counter except ds in a locker or "DoNt GeT hOoKeD" , "DoNt gO DoWn" it's a joke at this point to see nerf ds on the forums after 4 years , the old DS was way worse than the current version
First of all, no one is defending Moris in their current state. No one. Not even killer mains.
Second, Moris have nothing to do with DS as they are unrelated. DS won't prevent a Mori so the current state of DS doesn't affect Mori and vice versa. Keys are the survivor equivalent of a Mori, and if you want to talk about Moris, then lets put Keys on the table.
If you want a comparison to DS, then Noed is the closest thing. Both are perks that are bad for the game and reward bad play on each side.
Finally, I'd be on board for DS, Noed, Moris, and Keys all being reworked/nerfed hard. I've got my own ideas on how, but I'll save that for another thread.

You can't exploit Thrilling Tremors or Blood Echo either for the same reason, you need to down/hook. You can't exploit Trails of Torment because it's tied to kicking generators, which takes time so you can't do it in a chase, and you can't damaged unworked or already damaged generators. You can't exploit I'm All Ears because it relies entirely on the actions of the Survivor, not on anything you do.
Think before you speak, mate.

I can't say I agree with you. Most Killer add-on's are incredibly generic to the Killer. Most add-ons just change the charge time of powers or add effects to special attack hits. Only the rarest add-ons do anything special. Take Pyramid Head for example. Every single one of his Brown, Yellow, and Green add-ons do exactly the same thing with rising levels of power. Only the Purple and Iri add-ons alter his power at all. That's largely true across all Killers with a few notable exceptions like the Doctor.
That aside, you're missing the main point of my argument. By and large, these perks aren't used at all with the exception of Thrilling. Meaning they're badly designed. Anything that's put into a game and is never used is, by definition, badly designed.
Thrilling Tremors is activated on pickup of a downed survivor, so you can chain activate it every 16 seconds on a slug to abuse the heck out of it and keep gens chain locked!
Trail of Torment can be abused by simply kicking a gen, walking to a place you expect survivors to be, failing at doing anything, and kicking a nearby gen to chain-stealth, go back to another gen, repeat. Super abusable.
I'm all ears can be exploited by erasing the mindgames of any vault loops.
As a not-so-wise person once said to me, think before you speak, mate. You're clearly not.

I agree with you. For those of you who argue that players will think the person is hacking without a notification, it's no different than getting used to any other perk. Besides, they can simply learn at the end of the game which perk does what. It's surprising the first time, but afterwards you can learn to expect it the rest of the match.

Killer perks need cooldowns. You might argue the extend of some, but to say they shouldn't have any is silly. Well, that one guy is right about Surge though, it shouldn't have a cooldown. You can't really exploit it if it was removed since it's tied to downing survivors.

1) I agree with this. It's about time to consolidate.
2) I agree with this. Maybe have Ebony be able to kill 1 survivor after 1 hook at max or something (like the Green one does now). Ebony's are bad for the game.
3) They're already reworking Iri head and rightfully so. That said, I rarely come across one myself.
4) No. I don't agree with this one bit. DCs were WAY out of control before the penalties and have been better after. It's still not perfect. but it's so much better than what it was. Your idea of having black pips happen on DC would be so easily abusable in SWFs it's not even funny. If you're a Survivor and things don't go your way, don't be a salty POS and DC and ruin the game for everyone. That said, if that happens, most Killers I see do let the remaining survivors farm or let the last one leave through the hatch to compensate.
5) Another one I don't agree with. His power is fine as is and forces other survivors to go for the uncage quickly instead of finishing an objective to make sure they're taken out safely. If PHead is literally traversing across the entire map, it's not a tunnel, you should have plenty of time to stabilize yourself. You can also easily predict the path he takes, so someone could try to kite him away as well. Also, there's the other option: Don't step in his torment. Seriously don't do it. If you don't, he can't cage you, and it's not too hard to avoid most of the time. Just be careful where you step. Don't blame the PHead for tunneling you, blame yourself for stepping in the Torment or blame your friends for not uncaging you quick enough or giving PHead something else to focus on.
Also, despite your name, I noticed that every single one of your points is survivor-sided. This makes your suggestions come across as very biased.
