I'd like to laser focus in on feedback number 3 for a moment, the one about the cyber security.
I find it strange that you ask them to simply say "updated security" in patch notes, when... they did? That's literally in the PTB's patch notes- specifically, the one that everyone is bemoaning for having nothing in it, despite containing very crucial things like this and many others. Feedback and criticism is all well and good, but they deserve credit for actually doing the things that people want- and since they did very much do this thing, I wanted to highlight it so it could be acknowledged!
This was an oversight of mine as I did not include the recent PTB details on that portion. Had honestly forgotten about it - thank you for bringing it up.
If you reference previous patch notes - (I only skimmed over the past 7 patch notes after your reply), not including this recent PTB, there's absolutely no mention of security optimization.
I am glad they have made an effort to mention that in the most recent PTB patch notes, which shows they are tackling the issue - but, my point still is that staying silent doesn't necessarily help alleviate community uproar. Let's hope they continue down this path.
Also - I am not upset with the most recent patch. Granted it's not the most exciting patch, but it does address a lot of the bugs that are well known with the game, especially the nurse. Don't agree why some members are upset with the PTB patch, as it's exactly what we have been asking for, game health.

I feel that if bloodlust is going to be changed in any sort of way, I'd rather they switch how bloodlust activates. Didn't see much of a difference this weekend when it was off. Only certain loops like the badham preschool fence loop seemed to have been somewhat of a noticeable difference. But, at red ranks, I dont even bother going for chases like that one if I know its going to cost me a lot of time.
Instead of increasing speed in a chase, how about increase speed when not in chase? Wouldn't this help solve map mobility on killers that dont have much map mobility? Of course, tinker with the numbers and when it actually activates. But I believe this would help when you cant find survivors and you're trying to move across the map. Then have it deactivate when a chase starts.
Only downside I can see from this is end game collapse when traversing from door to door. Maybe dont allow "map blood lust" during end game. Just a thought.
Another would be survivors exploiting and avoiding contact so chase doesnt start.

thanks, changed the title. Just out of curiosity, how was the old halloween event different from this one?
You were able to unlock a blighted skin by collecting serum from the rift. And you did not have to pay for the rift pass to have access to the serum. So yes, the previous Halloween event was free. Comparing this event to the previous two? All we are getting is the same medkits and flashlights provided from the previous two events, 2 new add-ons, offerings that were available in previous two events, and cosmetics we have to pay for.

Anything a survivor does is considered "toxic" now... How is this considered toxic?
I play both Killer and Survivor on red ranks, this isn't even considered as bad manners/toxic. A killers terror radius is pretty big, you don't need to have the killer directly in front of you to pop the gen; just as long that you're in the terror radius.
In fact, I think this actually will help survivors play a bit riskier and learn to not always hide and crouch, avoiding objectives simply because they see a killer 16+ meters from them.

Where do we enter these codes?
Go to the shop, then go to the featured tab, and on the far right - just below your Player Level, is a "Redeem Code" button.
