For the love of God. "It's only game. Why you have to be mad?" Seriously, why does the game have to be survivor or killer sided? Learn from your losses and celebrate your wins. If you are frustrated, put the game down for a bit and come back to it later. Going into the game with a negative mindset is what kills you, not the killer (or if you play killer, the survivors escaping is not the problem). It's ok to lose.
Also, as someone who plays survivor and killer, I have to disagree with you on some things. When I play killer, as long as the match is good (breaking pallets, gens, hooks, hits, etc.) I usually let the last survivor escape and still end up with 24k bloodpoints at LEAST. Most of the time it's survivors that ruin the game by killing themselves on the hook when they realize they're losing. At which point, I need to make up for those lost bloodpoints and kill the rest of the team.
I understand that I'm not representative of all killers but it's unfair of you to say that all killers are bloodthirsty for a 4k. I'm not unless I'm against a particularly toxic SWF. I just want to enjoy the game and bloodpoints aren't free.
I also don't agree with you when you say that the devs favour the killers and their "4k fantasies". Remember when nurse used to be able to blink 7 times? They listened to the survivors and nerfed her to hell. Why do you think DS became a perk? They listened to the survivors when they asked for a counter to tunnelling. My point is that the devs listen to survivors just as much as they listen to killers. They care about both sides.
Finally, playing killer is not easy. Where tf did you get the idea that playing killer is easy? Before you say "ThE sTaTs ToLD mE", try playing a round of nurse for the first time. Try playing a round of demo or literally ANY killer for the first time. You can't just jump into killer and expect to know exactly how to play like you can for survivor. Survivors aren't specialized like killers are in that all the survivors are the exact same when they have the same perks. Killers have to work with and around their ability.
The last thing I want to bring up is that even if you die as survivor, as long as you got chased, did a couple of gens, got hit a couple times, and saved a teammate from the hook, you still get a decent amount of bloodpoints. Death doesn't necessarily equal a loss, y'know.
From my experience (as a survivor and a killer) the worst thing that can happen in a game is for a survivor to DC or kill themselves on hook. It completely shifts the game in an instant. If Bubba is facecamping, gen rush the ######### out of him. If you're the one hanging, either accept that you're likely going to be the sacrifice so that your teammates get out of hope your team is brave enough to get you down with Bubba right there. Killers like that are ######### but all you can do is decide what YOU can do about it.

We should boycott Sluzzy's ######### lol

Doctor OP? Huntress OP???? You're slacking on your bait posts Sluzzy

I understand your frustration (trust me), but this will never happen. What I am actually interested in is the idea of a competitive/normal dbd option vs. a casual one. That's just me tho.

Listen, going into the game expecting a 4k is the ONLY way to get one. At least for me. It's a mindset thing. If I go in going "I'm going to lose/get a 1k" then I will lose/get a 1k. If I go in saying, "SWF? No biggy they are playing MY GAME" it is highly likely I will be satisfied with the outcome of the match, whether that's a 4k, 3k, or 2k (sometimes it's just that one survivor I need the satisfaction of killing [usually only the toxic survivor]).
Expecting a 4k is positive thinking and drastically changes how I play. Telling Killers to "stop expecting a 4k" is telling them to go in with low expectations and does not improve confidence. Confidence is needed when it's 4v1.
This is not me defending Killers who don't know how to take a loss and learn from it. This is not me defending sore losers (Killer OR Survivor). I'm just saying that expecting a 4k has drastically improved my personal performance in the game as killer (a Trapper main no less).
Telling Killers to stop expecting a 4k is like telling survivors to stop expecting to survive a match. From the way you worded your post, I can tell you're just a frustrated survivor that finds it easier to blame Killers then learn from loss or move on.
Sometimes ######### is out of your hands (face camping, sandbagging, hardcore tunnelling, etc.) and you need to learn to forget about it or deal with it. All you can focus on is what you can do. Stop stressing about what the Killers do.

I hate people like that. As someone who plays hockey, I view that as unsportsmanlike af.
As killer, that's ez bloodpoints and I try not to care too much because they just made the game that much easier for me. As survivor? It sucks, you cuck your team that are still in the match (if they don't DC too) and basically assure a loss for the survivors. It's petty. It's cowardly. Stop doing it. Please.
Who knows? Maybe you'll win against that very killer/build this time! I hate playing against Freddy which makes escaping so much more rewarding (if I do).
That's my opinion but I am open for discussion :)

I don't hate the new UI but I certainly don't love it. I could get used to it if in forced to, but I feel like this new one takes up too much of the screen. I liked having everything on the bottom left and am used to looking there for info, not the top left.

First of all, if you have something to whine about, you should at least make it possible to ######### read so we can respond to it. Otherwise, nobody will take what you say seriously (or maybe I am being the idiot by responding in the first place but oh well) unless you make an effort to spell correctly (######### is an "esay"?).
Alright, now that that's out of the way... I play killer and survivor. Neither is easier unless you don't care about being an absolute a-hole and choose all the top tier/arguably OP perks for one build. Even then, sometimes it does nothing (I've had a couple bad night as both killer and survivor I will admit). Someone commented about the terrible matchmaking, and I totally agree that that is the issue here. No yellow rank wants/should be thrown into a match with three or four red ranked players.
Also, if you keep getting rekt as a survivor, then maybe it's not for you and you should try killer. That's what I do when I get fed up with one or the other.
Have a nice day/night, and please fix your grammar :)

Lmao I love getting indoor maps as killer. I actually find it easier to win on indoor maps. As a survivor, it's a fifty-fifty, but in the end that's my preference. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion.

That's what comes with an online game + competition. Just ignore the chat or change your console messaging settings. It is not that difficult. Ever since I changed my console messaging settings my gameplay has been far less annoying. It's a shame I have to miss out on meeting the genuinely nice people, but it's worth it.

Lmao Pyramid Head is the easiest killer to play against for me. His ranged attack is easy to dodge, but I guess that's just my opinion. Spirit's a pain in the ass but that's what makes a game fun I suppose. If it didn't pose a challenge where would the fun be? And I have probably only ever lost a match against Deathslinger once ever, so sounds like a lotta complaining to me :/
