I don't think I've ever bought a DLC off of steam it's always been off the in game store and in 10 years I've never had any issues when it comes to characters I've bought.
there is zero issue with people having options in where they buy characters at. All your doing is defending a corporation in taking away people's choice.

this is the last time I get a character that's exclusive to the in game store. Removing choice from players is a terrible move

I believe it's intended, it's been like that since the new wiggle system was first introduced in the beta.

Just equipped challenge to try it, skill checks not counting you have to hit it early + a slight pause when hitting one. There's also no sound when it appears so it's much harder to find it.

I played a match earlier as Vitto and it was fine, I turned on the haptics afterwards and had this happen trying to do a bot match w/ the Knight. Turned them off and it was still there, restarting the game fixed it and I could do a bot match. I turned on haptics again and it was still playable.
