Just adding up that is indeed fixed, but any indication of what caused this out of curiosity? Since this issue was at the start of the PTB aswell, but for everyone.

I will say that as someone who does not have alts, I can't play the game at all. Since it is account specific, what would be the best course of action?
No idea, I do not have any alts but 2 of my friends do and they reported that. Right now we just can't play the game and they probably closed office by now lol.

Same issue. Can confirm that it works on different accounts in the same computer, so it seems like it's account specific. Also saw some EGS users reporting the issue on their platform aswell.
