Perk: Power Overflow
Increase your terror radius by 4 meters and gain a token for an extra 4 meters when you kick a generator, up to a maximum of 3/4/5 tokens.
Perk: Hex: Exposure
When a survivor is in your terror radius for 8/7/6 seconds the survivor will scream and reveal their location for 1/2/3 seconds. This effect cannot affect the same survivor until after 30 seconds
Perk: Playing Hookie
Sabotaging a hook doesnt destroy the hook but instead turns it into a dummy hook for 20/30/40 seconds. When a killer tries to hook a survivor on the dummy hook. The hook breaks and the killer is stunned. The hook returns to normal in 10/15/20 seconds.
Perk: Mirror Trick
Immediately after unhooking a survivor Mirror trick activates for 30 seconds. Entering a locker while Mirror trick is active will cause you to not appear in the locker when checked by the killer for 5/7.5/10 seconds. The perk has a cooldown of 120/100/80 seconds

Definitely slenderman or the headless horseman.
I've played this game from the very first release. I gave up on 'IT' but I'd really like to see one of the ones I suggested
